Turn old into new! Send us your old ZERO G phone strap and we’ll swap the case for a new one. Whether your case no longer fits because you’ve got a new phone model, or because it’s broken – we don’t ask any questions, we just turn old into new!
No matter which model you had before, as long as we have your chosen model in stock, we’ll swap your case for you.
If your beloved mobile phone strap lasts longer than your phone – why should you part with it?
Here’s how it works:
1. Order your case replacement here, select the phone model you’d like and make a note of your order number
2. Send us your mobile phone strap to this address Miramar GmbH Schopenstehl 15 D-20095 Hamburg
3. Include your order number from step 1, and please state the desired phone model again for safety’s sake.
4. As soon as we receive your old mobile phone lanyard, it will be converted on the same day and sent to the delivery address provided in your order.
We will reuse your old cord, the slider (which connects the two ends of the cord) and the toggles at the end of the cord. Only the protective case with the rings will be replaced. This means the colour of the metal parts will remain the same.
